But in your shoes, just send the details in the general webform for complaints, give the ticket number and PNR. Take a screenshot of the complaint before sending it. Then make sure you get an incident number logged, this should come back within an hour or two. If you have the boarding passes, you can potentially expedite matters by faxing them in on the number in your BAEC Contact Us section. Just make sure the incident number is clearly visible and the image will be attached into your case within a day or so. Leave it a week or two, then if no reply, call again, quoting the log number.
If it is imperative to get the TPs credited you can use Twitter a few days after sending the webform in. If you really feel you've hit a dead end then you can send a PM to BAMissingAvios with the details and incident number.
