I would rather do 5 hours in NH's Y, given HND-HKG is the 772ER and not the 763. (Usually it is 4.5 not 5, 5 is the block time)

NH HND-MNL and CX MNL-HKG are both using regional planes, NH is business cradle on the 788, and CX's regional J on the 773 is like a PY seat, not unless you are doing the night flight which is a 77W, but even with that, regional flights swap often, you may not even have the 77W and swap to a regional 333 instead.
