Looking into this now. Would like to choose between Hyatt and Hilton because I have Diamond status in both programs, but neither seems particularly good based on online reviews I've read.

Leaning towards Hyatt because of Diamond Suite Upgrade, but is there anything that would tip the scale in favor of Hilton?
