Anyone know of a travel agent in Washington DC or Baltimore who is open on Sunday or Memorial Day?

I have a confirmed reservation for an SQ flight out of EWR on Monday, but they have not been able to mail the ticket (a paper ticket is required since a connection from DCA is envolved) . According to SQ, any travel agent can print the ticket (and accept payment) using my res. number, but it can not be done in the airport.
