Had a similar situation (Japan-HK-USA) earlier ago. OLCI OK (but that was only after calling 27473333), but no print/send BP option available. Kept BN 1 tho (sadly, no op up!). It's quite inconvenient as you can't get your BPs onto Passbook as a result.
