When I saw that my room at Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf had no desk , I turned around and went back down to the front desk to request a room with a desk. When they told me they didn't have any of those (just the three suites, all of which were booked), I canceled my stay. Front desk agent was pretty nice about it.
