Point well taken about the SFO Hyatt, Kacee - I jumped the gun. I was relying on their room renovation renderings, which appear to be following the trend of eliminating a traditional work surface in favor of a small portable table - and the assumption that guests don't value an ergonomic chair. When I travel, my room is my office, and my office needs a desk and chair - or I stay elsewhere.
