Just a couple of things to be aware of ........ There will be a (fairly discrete) card pinned just above the headrest of your seat saying "Upgraded with miles, please handle accordingly". Plus, your IFE selection will be somewhat restricted and several of the more recent/popular releases (both music & film) may not be available to you.

Suffice to say, there will be absolutely no difference wrt your treatment. And yes, on some carriers, crew can see info on upgrades (whether op-ups/miles etc..) but I can't speak personally for CX, other folk here will know.
