I have a nearby Shell with enabled Contactless. They recently did a system upgrade. Before and after the upgrade, Android Pay won't work on any card. A physical AmEx with contactless will work as contactless both before and after the upgrade. An older contactless Visa worked before the upgrade but now won't work as contactless. The system no longer detects it.
