Last fall I went through ICN on my way from KUL on route to TSN and the transit was VERY fast and efficient. I only had a 1hr layover going to KUL and everything was really smooth. For the 3hrs I had on my way back, I had time to hang in the KE lounge for a bit. Luggage transits automatically, so just relax if you can.
