1. Unfortunately, it's not possible to extend the lifetime of your miles, even if you earn more miles with our partners. There is great ways to redeem them though
2. Does your voucher have a reference number that starts with 607...? If it does, you can redeem it over the phone as well. Otherwise, unfortunately, you can only redeem it at your nearest ticketing office.
3. You can redeem multiple vouchers at once, if they are issued for the same person.
