I'll monitor this, along with Nanjing, and add it to the wiki once it appears on TIMATIC.

Nanjing was supposedly added to the list from 10 September 2015 - but still isn't on TIMATIC... here is a copy of the official statement, but the main question is wether that would be sufficient for airline staff to let you board? http://english.customs.gov.cn/static...21f4eef60.html

Also - unless anyone has any objections, I was thinking of tidying up the wiki to produce a simplified list of all cities eligible for 72-hour TWOV (regular + those commencing at 00:01) - I'm not sure the actual commencement dates in 2014/2015 hold much relevance anymore?
Yes, please do, and thanks in advance for your wikipost tidying. I agree with not adding Nanjing and Changsha into the wiki until it appears in TIMATIC. Same with the proposal for the 144-hour Jiangsu/Zhejiang TWOV. Airlines don't make boarding decisions based on Chinese press statements. Better to not jump the gun. It would be helpful to all who follow this thread and who pass through the airports in question, to keep eyes out for evidence of what TWOV policies are being practiced in real-time (Mandarin speakers might ask the Immigration official supervisor, if it's convenient).

I think that current commencement times are important to include (scheduled arrival vs 00:01 cities) also geographic area covered for each TWOV location.
