I don't recall ever seeing an option to go down a transfer path at Manila after coming off the ANA flight at Terminal 3.. that's not to say it doesn't exist as I have never really been looking for it and always trying to get to Immigration as quickly as possible

Will be flying into Manila again on Monday.. can let you know then if you can wait until then...
