2 years' back when I dropped my phone while getting off the car. The screen cracked. This happened at HKIA going on a flight back to SIN.

When I was back, I went to Sim Lim Square and got it replaced for a about SGD200+ and filed a claim with my insurance company. I included a photo of my cracked screen, receipt from the screen replacement, copy of boarding pass and flight itinerary.

Received the claim within a month.
