For Google flight, again it shows NZ flight, but no UA link.

Try this first:
Do a simple search for EWR-DEN round trip.
Select the UA flights outbound, then return.
Then when you see the "Select" or "Purchase" button, click it. It will bring up UA.com.
Hipmunk and GF are search engines, not booking platforms.
