Connected here on 1/3 and I'm truly starting to realize how terrible the operation is here. Still no club in the E/F gates, could barely walk down any of the concourses, the food options are terrible, boarding chaos with 3 flights from same gate, no announcements. BP scanned, walk out door and towards a Dash 8 - as I get close "sir, this isn't your plane, why are you here?" 'Um... because there was nobody directing me somewhere else', then walk 100 yds across the ramp to another Dash 8. I truly don't know what's worse, CLT or PHL at this point.
