Now that AA is serving Australia I may decide on moving some of my travel dollars to AA having given up my Status with AC in 2016.
I do fly OW airlines: BA from LHR to European destinations where there is no non-stop service on *A carriers. And within Australia on QF.
My combined UA & AC flying in 2015 was 340K. I can easily give AA 75K on AA metal. & 25K flying I do on BA & QF.
I have a standing offer of status match from AA to its top tier.^

DL no way. Sky Team is a cr**p alliance. As well DL does not give you credit for flying some of the Sky team members.
BTW, you do know DL has the worst award chart for years. DL was the first to get dubious honor: SKY Pesos.
Interesting... AA might be an option too.
