I connected at CLT on the way to LHR on 12/26 and found the large Admirals Club incredibly dirty even though several employees were in the lounge just walking around instead of clearing dirty dishes. Two older men in their lounge uniforms did absolutely nothing but stand? Finally a young female came and slowly started cleaning. Very strange. AA needs to supervise their lounge personnel much better than this! Happy New Year!

Terrible beverage service with long lines waiting for slow bartender. Why can't they open up soft drink stations you can help yourself to?

I refuse to join the Admirals club and only go in there when traveling overseas in J or F. The BA lounges are 500% better than any AA lounge!
