Exactly. pmUS fliers seem to love CLT with a passion, but I connected through CLT a few times and never liked it. Dirty, old, dingy airport with unfriendly employees. I'd prefer PHL and PHX (pmUS hubs) over CLT. I'd have to say my favorite pmUS hub was/is PHX in terms of employee friendliness, and PHL for dining options.
