A couple of weeks ago my husband left his all-singing all-dancing mobile phone on a KLM flight in Geneva (worth about GBP 250) - seems it slipped out of his pocket and fell under the seat. He realised while we were waiting for our baggage, and went straight to a customer service desk. The customer service agent phoned the gate, and the phone was found and restored to him within ten minutes. Very lucky indeed!

I dropped my KLM FF card on a flight to Stockholm a couple of years ago. When I got home I found a parcel from KLM containing my card and a book which must have been left behind by someone else!
