Hi EtihadHelp, I have a few questions.

1. I have over 290k etihad guest miles that expire After 31 Dec 2016. If I earn miles on my acct from partner airlines or through some other means, will it extend the expiration date? Everything that I've read suggests that there is no way to extend the mileage expiration date.

2. A recent flight that my family was on was oversold and 7 of us each received a $300 travel voucher. Is there a way to redeem them over the phone or online? I was told that they must be redeemed at a sales office. The nearest sales office is 300+ miles away and it seems very inconvenient to have to visit an office to redeem these vouchers.

3. Regarding the travel vouchers, I was told that I could combine multiple vouchers for a single ticket, when they were issued. I reached out to Etihad's reservation line and the representative said that the voucher can only be redeemed for the voucher recipient. Is that true?
