So, this one is a little tricky. While the Cathay and JAL legs do book into N, they are also marketed as AA codeshares via Google flights: "Marketed as AA 3276, AA 137, AA 8916, AA 8416, AA 176, AA 5776"
Per AA's on rules: Travel ticketed as an American Airlines marketed flight (booked as an AA flight number) and operated by Cathay Pacific will earn AAdvantage base miles, Elite Qualifying Miles (EQMs) and Elite Qualifying Segments (EQSs) according to the AA mileage accrual chart.
Also: Travel ticketed as an American Airlines marketed flight (booked as an AA flight number) and operated by Japan Airlines will earn AAdvantage base miles, Elite Qualifying Miles (EQMs) and Ellite Qualifying Segments (EQSs) according to the AA mileage accrual chart.
"AA mileage accrual chart" means the chart for AA flights; not the chart for OW partner flights. In short, if you can book this with the right codeshare marketed flights, then the mileage accrual stated by the OP, is correct.
