I often take colleagues from Asia to London when they visit our UK office and have done the wheel about 5 times now.

Last month (mainly for a change for me) I took a colleague for a drink at one of the bars at the Shard, there is a minimum spend for food and drink. but that is similar in price to 2 tickets on the wheel. The views there were also great.
