They have 3 services on a Sunday, of which Evensong might be the best to go to in terms of length and music. Check out the service list here, and also look at St Paul's, depending on which part of town you end up in.

Just be aware of half term, as the choir will not be there then (or it could be men's voices only - so no trebles - which is not ideal). All the details will be in the link.
