Unfortunately, Hertz in Aruba is an Independent Licensee so they don't accept most of the promotions that Hertz corporate offers. Unfortunately I don't see any way of accomplishing what you are looking for. You're probably going to have to pony up the cash for a rental, but AutoSlash may be able to save you a bit of money there.
