Yes. But many in here won't take the word of a company rep. - forget the phone rep, but someone who works in Willis tower and has a history of providing accurate info. To be truthful, given the way they are treated by many in here, I'm frankly a bit surprised UA Insider still posts here.

Of course, I'm also surprised that there are many folks in here that seem to continue to spend large amounts with a company they only seem to have hatred for. If I can't stand the product, management, lack of perceived benefits, operational performance, etc., I find another company that meets my needs better, not simply stay with the old one and whine about everything. But maybe hats just me.
