I read Onemileatatime's reviews for BA F in the A380 as well as the 747, and I've seen the layout on seatguru. A380 really does seem to have a superior hard product. On the other hand, the 747 is a lot better than AA business first. Which route would you take?
No contest. F in the 380 is certainly better than the 747. However, the choice of a short hop (just over an hour) from PHX, or a 6 hour transcon from IAD, means I'd choose PHX and the 747 every day.
