During the pre-Christmas busy period, for the first time ever (in about 4 years of EK travel) was funnelled towards the secondary shuttle train between concourse A and B that is somewhat parallel to the regular shuttle train - now THAT was poorly designed with bottlenecks between the platform queuing area and the rest of the concourse in both A and B.

Glad that I haven't encountered this before and hope not to do so again!
