Which California Vehicle Code sections prohibit speed enforcement by aircraft?

It is illegal for the Highway Patrol and local police agencies to calculate speed by the time that it takes a vehicle to travel a known distance between two points - that is a speed trap in violation of Vehicle Code Sections 40801 through 40808; however, that's not how the CHP air units calculate the speed of the drivers that they cite.
