Avoid 6B on the 789 (which is the BA33 aircraft). I didn't pick row 7 as there is a toilet behind, but there are a couple of storage cupboards directly in front of 6B (and the aisle seat opposite) where the crew store newspapers, their handbags etc. It gets constant traffic and the footrest on 6B has a guard for a reason, it gets whacked quite a bit. I think I'll move back to the main CW cabin or to the other side next flight.
