TSA is justifying forcing everyone through WBI because it can't record images. I think that is an important data point, especially if TSA is being dishonest.
I agree with Saizai - Any device that uses electromagnetic radiation of any type to take an image of the human body crosses the privacy line, whether the image is displayed or masked, whether it is saved or not, whether it is transmitted or not. It is clearly a violation of the fourth amendment.
