I asked her if she knew when this had been implemented, mentioning that the existing rule only allowed for points to be earned on two rooms, but she did not know. Pestering her, I asked if she could find out and after putting me on hold again, she replied that her supervisor(s) didn't know and that she had confirmed the points for three rooms rule again with another supervisor just to be sure.
Currently the T&Cs still state that you can only receive points for two rooms and provided that they are under one folio;

Could we please have a definite answer from Ashleigh. TIA!

The conditions of the program have not changed for multiple rooms. A member will receive credit for two rooms on one folio for the stay. If the member has more than two rooms, he/she will only earn credit for up to two.

Let me know if that makes sense.

Thank you!

Unfortunately, this is how the T&Cs read and should be followed. However, if you read some of the posts up-thread, you will see some properties don't do it that way. So just about anything can happen and only when the posting is not in your favor (right or better), then you have to push HH to get it corrected. Just because they did it one way a week ago, does not mean they will do it again. Seems I get better odds at Harrah's (casinos not hotels).
