g_leyser mentioned, FTers are indeed savvy. Sometimes we know the system better than airline employees! (Which one of us has not caught ourselves "teaching" a CSR or GA something.)

In truth, we are an airlines least expensive customers. Since FTers know the system, we don't need to waste UA's resources "helping" us to figure stuff out. We spend less time on the phone and know what we want, when we want it.
Heck, the airlines should just give all FTers a 15% across the board discount. Ha!
