Yup, someone I know had a Capital One Best Buy CC. He opened it a few years back, got a 42" TV for $1k and a few other things, and never made a payment. After unpaid interest and fees the balance ballooned to $3k. They sued my friend, and he has a $500/month wage garnishment. Stupid choices on my friend's part. He had to go his church and ask for assistance to make his house payment because of the garnishment.
Because Jesus wanted him to steal a TV, I'm sure (and that's what he did, he stole a TV).
He's getting punished for stealing a TV, and people have an issue with this or feel any sympathy toward him?
