Has anyone ever had any luck in having the 8/65 rule waived? I opened two Citi accounts in early December but, in keeping with Murphy's Law, just had my phone die some 40 days before I'm eligible for my next Citi app. (I'm an AT&T customer and would like to get the AT&T Access More card in order to utilize the phone rebate promo.) Thanks.
