Well, here is the thing...when you log into
https://www.spgpromos.com/50nightsbenefit/ you will be shown what choices are available to you.
Uber is a worldwide partner, so if you want to choose that, go ahead. The US$25 will be converted to reflect an equivalent of whatever currency is in use where you take the rides.
The only two US-restricted choices are the Amazon gift card and TSA Pre-check. If your acccount address is outside the US, these two options are not going to be seen.
