You do not have to show up so pick a hotel in a lower priced market. Lots of cheap ones around Dallas. There are several that will do $75. You can organize all online and by email, and never talk to a person, don't show, and points/nights appear. It's very easy. Just book at least 3 days in advance so it's all done through Marriott website. The hotel will send you the contract, you sign, send back, etc.... It will show up online as $150 but when you change it to a 1 or 2 hour meeting they will update the price down to $75. You'll see it all online before you accept and pay. SIMPLE. No I am not going to tell you specific hotels so don't PM me.
