Apparently Champagne in the lounge is not a guaranteed benefit now but "subject to availability". I suppose the point in all this is that Champagne is "available" but BA just won't pay for it.
It beggers belief that BA choose to treat their premium cabin passengers like this and then when challenged over it just make up a new policy. Talk about misselling their product.
