The Hilton was one of the best non 5* hotels I have ever stayed at. Service, Style, Amenities, Location, Price! you name it, they had it. Even in prime season, the rate is fantastic.
I actually made the Khinkali the other day and it turned out better than I expected, but the filling was no where near as flavorful. Khachapuri next!

Apparently Arjebejan Airlines is great. Offer good fares on Dreamliner from US. Regular Visa fee is steep.
I really had hoped to fly Azal, but their times just didn't work for my needs. Their prices were very fair.
No visa (for usa citizen) needed if taking the JFK>GYD 787. VOA. For me the transit visa was reasonably priced and remotely simple to acquire.
