Yes they did. Then a new company with the old logos resurfaced in the mid-1990s operating A300 widebodies on major US transcontinental routes.
Then this second incarnation went out of business, but after a while the name and image were sold again and now there is the third version, owned (I believe) by the same company that owns the Guilford Railroad group in New England. They operate 727s (remember those?) down on various non-major and charter routes down to the sun.
Last listing I have (Jan 2003) they have 21 727-200s. Seems a big fleet for what work they have. Four of them are even fitted with winglets (like the picture on the weblink above).
