We are trying to give our users the best possible experience. For example, once you book a hotel with us, we will give you the option to keep your rewards as airfare cash-backs or miles, you can convert your cash-backs to miles at anytime, partly or fully, cash-backs never expire and you can mix it up by only converting them partly to miles, if you choose too. You can also use your cash-backs for seat upgrades, for any future flight, for example we will apply all or part of your cash-back in your account towards upgrading from Main Cabin to Premium/Business/First Class, depending on how much you've accumulated. There's a lot more cool stuff we are working on, but still in the process.
