OK, I went the Twitter route. Still no dice.
Unfortunately, for this second rental agreement, Frequent Flyer miles are not awarded as Tour, travel industry, complimentary rentals or exclusive web deals from third-parties do not qualify for mileage awards. The reservation was booked through a Costco Travel Partner providing a discounted rate/contract.
