I go to England a lot and find taking a good sleeping pill (a Rx thing called Restoril) really helps me avoid any jet lag on the way over. One doesn't wake up feeling groggy - a real plus. Coming back to the East Coast is never so easy! A lot of people swear by melatonin but I've never tried that.
