Starwood charges 2x base points for a suite (and does have some intervening levels to better rooms).

Hyatt charges 60% more points for a suite with a minimum stay requirement of 3 days. We gave a young couple an award at a (non aspirational to us, but very much so to them) Hyatt as part of their honeymoon. We wanted it to be special and spent the points for the suite. They were thrilled.
