You'd have to credit your flights to a OW airline that is partners with TK. I don't know if there are any off the top of my head, but that's the only way to get flight miles to a OW program (though it's unlikely to be the program you normally use).

TK does do status matches but there's no point in matching Ruby, the worthwhile match is if you had Sapphire (or Emerald) since then you'd gain Star Alliance Gold status which also gives access to lounges. Their equivalent to Ruby only gives benefit on domestic flights, not international.

For lounges as Star Siver (Ruby equivalent), maybe try to get your hands on a Diners Club card or Priority Pass if the layovers are long enough to justify the fee. I can see Diners offers the "Comfort Lounge". No idea how that lounge is in terms of quality, but it's not going to be like the TK CIP lounge for certain. Priority Pass looks to use 3 different ones in the international terminal, but also none of them are the TK lounge. I believe the only way into that lounge is either fly business class (on a * carrier), or have a *Gold card from a *A airline (or get guested in by someone who does).
