No one has really mentioned that the 788/9 seat is a little less comfortable than the average seat. I've actually never been on the 744, but I know LAX-NRT for me on a 788 was a butt-crusher.

Int'l arrivals is GREAT at DEN. We have very few int'l flights and it's quite easy to navigate. 3:40 is more than enough time to get yourself from A to B. Weather is unpredictable, but I had four flights in March in 2015 with only 1 minor delay due to snow in an RJ. YMMV
