I had this once when the BRG team said that the website I was claiming against was "inactive" while I had made a non-SPG reservation on that site just a few days earlier which made me state otherwise. Citing that I was told to make a SPG-reservation on that site and then submit that confirmation to them to prove that the site is indeed still active.

They would not provide, on the other hand, any proof of their claim that the site is inactive...given that I decided not to follow up on that request.
