They don't call them CrapOne for nothing! They are bottom feeders so it really should be no shock that suing customers is part of the business plan.

Seriously though most banks are reluctant to sue cardholders, they would rather put them on payment plans where they rack up more interest & fees, etc. I have a relative that racked up 5-figure balances with Chase, Amex and Citi before they stopped paying. Chase and Citi agreed to payment plans, Amex refused, wrote off the balance and blacklisted the debtor, but none filed lawsuits.
