The antsy person who cannot sit still for more than 1 minute...constantly getting up to get something out of the bin, or to "check in with" their companion a few rows back, or constantly going to the lav. They tend to refuse to sit down when they board and just stand there making the rest of us squeeze around them. I am not talking about a longhaul where everyone should get up and move around, I mean short flights of 45 mins or so. These types also seem to fail to bring any distractions with them..no reading material, no tablet, no ipod..when they do sit down they just stare at the seatback and huff and puff before coming up with some other excuse not to sit down. And the seatbelt sign? Doesn't apply!

Also, who the hell thinks they need to bring a toddler onto a 14 hour flight????
