Unfortunately, I think it's too early for that. Wyndham seems to
possibly have plans for debuting
some sort of real status
sometime this year, but last I heard they hadn't announced it yet. I wouldn't expect therefore for status matches to possibly work until the details of any new status are announced.
Wyndham only had something they called "gold status" but it wasn't really a status, it was just a promo for extra points (with exteremely fast expiration). In any case,
earning of that "gold status" was discontinued at the end of 2015.
The only hint that real status
may be coming "in 2016" was in the announcement of the discontinuation of "gold status" at the end of 2015. But the wording was murky. See here:
